Time For Church

"It's Fun to go to church, It's fun to go to church,
With all the other boys and girls, it's fun to go to church!"

Bee went to church outside of the womb for the first time! She had a good time but I didn't really get to attend church. We got to church early and chatted with some people while Bee was sleeping. When church started I sang two songs before she started to sing the "I am hungry song." Now I do attend "Park Slope Church" where the kids run the show, but I went and fed her in private because she can be a loud eater! After we ate we tried to listen to the sermon but she wanted to play! We went to the nursery and Bee had a great time staring at new things . I was glad to get to church, but I hope it gets easier so I can actually listen to the pastor! Maybe next time she will happen to be sleeping! It is hard to get a baby to change her schedule to suit her mommy's needs. This weekend has been very chilly! The boiler broken yesterday but it should be fixed late tonight or tomorrow at the latest!
Bee got to wear her warm outfits inside for the first time!

This video is of Bee in the nursery having a great time. The kids in the background were crying because it was their first time being left. I hope Bee won't act like that when she is older! I could have left happy Bee and gone back to church but I just couldn't leave my baby yet! When we got home from church Bee drank my expressed breast milk from a bottle successfully for the first time!

The Pilgrims and the Indians

We would like to thank all of our wonderful family and friends for viewing our blog. We love you all and look forward to our upcoming trip (Jan 13) to California to see all of you!

On this wonderful day the pilgrims and the indian had a feast! The little indian "Poops in Pants" was unhappy at the moment this photo was taken. Do not worry for she stopped crying as soon as she started to feast on the food that "Momma" pilgrim brought.

40 Days and 40 Nights

Bee has been out of the womb for 40 days and 40 nights now! The 38th day was magical. It was a very easy day. 39 and 40 have been a challenge. I hope it is just her 6wk growth spurt and not a cold coming on. Great News...Bee has a new swing!

It is an early Christmas Present from Grandma Marlene and Papa Lyle!
Thank you so much!!!

Bee likes to play under her gymini!

Bee has started making new sounds!

Dad and Jill went up the hill...

...to go to the airport to visit their grandchild!

Papa Robert holding Bee for the first time!

B-day Presents from Dad and Jill!
Dad, Jill and Cory went to church (Brooklyn Tabernacle). Bee has yet to make it too church. Maybe next Sunday!
After church Bee and I were able to take a break from feeding to meet the gang for lunch! We went to an Organic Restaurant called Siggy's and it was wonderful, however whatever I ate seemed to give Bee more gas than usual. Bee seems to want me to keep my diet nice and simple. No fancy spices and definitely no dairy. The other night I had a half of a Magnolia cupcake and the next day Bee was back to spitting up. No more dairy for me!
It was very, very windy on the Brooklyn Promenade, but we all enjoyed the Manhattan views.

I love my Dad!

This was Jill's first NYC visit! My dad hasn't been here since we went on a family vaction to the East Coast when I was 12 years old! One place my dad I remember from the trip was F.A.O. Schwartz. So, dad had to go back!
