3 Parties, New doo, NYC with Bee and Spatzele!

My friend Mary needed a last minute hair model and my hair needed a job! Thanks Mary! Keep up the great work!

Bee, Astrid and Mia playing a counting game!

Bee, Edgar and Dalia on top of the hill ready to sled down! It was Edgar's birthday so we celebrated with snow and then we went back to our house to warm up and have a little birthday celebration!

Sara and Austin made the trek from Queens to come and have dinner with us! Bee loves it when friends come over!
A few days ago we went to the MET!
I love this room in the musuem. It is filled with natural light and has real Egyptian buildings! Bee having fun waving her hands!
Sweet Bee picture! At the musuem it started getting close to Bee's nap time and she said she wanted to go home. We asked her if she wanted to go home or take a nap in the stroller so we could go to the Central Park Zoo after her nap and she...took a nap in her stroller! But we have no proof because no pictures were taken at the zoo!
Throwing pennies in the fountain!

After the zoo we went to the Plaza hotel to see Eloise! Bee looking a lot like Eloise at the moment! Bee loves Eloise but the problem is...Eloise is naughty and she is not a great influence! Bee keeps telling us that she is going to be a good influence on Eloise!

Then we hopped across the street to FAO! Bee had the most fun on the BIG Piano!

This past weekend we were invited to three different 2yr old parties! 1st up was Magnolia in Red Hook! Bee is really wanted to blow out the candles at this moment! We met Magnolia and her parents Kristin and Sean from our church! The girls enjoy playing together!
2nd was Edgar's birthday party! Scott, Edgar and Michelle!
Third party was for Oscar! His parents Jennifer and Mike had a ton of family come into town! Bee really enjoyed the balloons! In fact every party we went to we ended up taking home a balloon! Balloon and 2 year olds are a perfect match!
Felix, Bee and Birthday Boy Oscar!
Sunday night Bee and I picked out a recipe to make from our new cookbook! Spatzele! Bee helped me! Problem was that it was really hard to make! I lliterally slaved over a hot stove! I think the biggest problem was that I didn't have the proper cooking utensils for this specific recipe! You have to push the dough through the holes of a colander into a pot of boiling water then after a few minutes get them out with a big slotted spoon (I don't have)! My colander is a collapsible silicone and just was way too difficult! Good news is that this is a very yummy dish! It is made from flour, eggs, spinach, baking powder and spices! And the last step you cook it in butter!

Bee's little fork wasn't enough for her! She started to use my fork too!
