Spring Fever

Thanks for your prayers! Bee's fever has been gone for almost 24 hours and Cory and I both have gotten more sleep! Thank you doctor Rick for your advice!
Bee only woke up once last night! The following pictures are in order (oldest to newest).

This was Bee and Cory the Saturday before last in the park!

Sunday before last at Church Bee sported her new "re-purposed" dress I made her out of my old work shirt! I love my new sewing machine! I learned how from this tutorial
My new favorite word has been "re-purpose" and so I was excited to hear about Betz White coming to the Etsy labs in Brooklyn to promote her new book "Sewing Green." She taught us how to make recycled tyvek totes! It was great meeting her! She is an inspiration for me!
Bee is a dancer!
Naomi has returned from the land down under! She brought Bee a cute Australian onesie!
Our web cam is fixed! Papa Lyle got to watch Bee try some applesauce!
Let us know when you would like to tune into the Bee Channel!
Bee in a swing for the first time!
Bee likes the grass!
This past Sunday at Union Square was the annual "NYC Garden Grows Festival." We went the past two years and it is my favorite! This year I stayed home with the sick Bee. Cory went with instructions to see and do everything for me! He soon realized that the economy caught up with this festival. There were no coroportoe sponsors and hardly any local vendors. We were both glad I stayed home with Bee. But I do like this picture that Cory took of Union Square!
On Saturday Bryna and I went to a mega baby stoop sale! We found this cute rocking bug! I gave it a good bath and now it as good as new! Bee loves it!
"Look Ma, one hand!"
Baby Blues
Yesterday was President Grants Birthday and at Grand Square (a couple of blocks from our house) a few people decided to throw him a birthday! Cory saw it advertised on the iternet and went (I was putting Bee to bed). Not too many people showed up but Cory had a great time, met new friends in the neighborhood and ate some yummy cake from one of our favorite bakeries (he shared his slice with me!). Here is a picture he took of the reenactment reading.

repurposing in Cali 9:43 AM

Glad to hear Bee is better. You are genetically predisposed to repurpose. Your Grandma just found a crummy table pulled off the top added old boards, threw a coat of paint on it and sold it for $400. We love repurpose!
